How to Enter: Participants can enter the raffle by purchasing a entry or entries through the My Grade Tracker App available on iOS and Android Google Play App Stores. Once purchase of entry(s) is successful the user will be automatically entered into the raffle.

Prize: The prize for the raffle will be clearly stated at the time of purchase, and is non-transferable and non-refundable. MY Grade Tracker reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar item of equal or greater value at any time.

Drawing: The winner of the raffle will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be held within 3 days of raffle end time and winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the drawing. The winner's name may also be posted on the organization's website or social media channels.

Claiming the Prize: The winner must claim the prize within 7 days of being notified. If the prize is not claimed within this time, the organization hosting the raffle may select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Taxes: The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes associated with the prize, including but not limited to income tax, sales tax, and any other applicable taxes. The organization hosting the raffle will not be responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prize. Remove?

Limitation of Liability: By entering the raffle, participants agree to release and hold harmless the organization hosting the raffle, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from their participation in the raffle or acceptance or use of the prize.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the raffle is taking place. Any disputes arising out of or related to the raffle or these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes: The organization hosting the raffle reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such modifications or amendments shall be effective immediately upon posting on the organization's website or at the ticket-selling location.

General: The raffle is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited. The organization hosting the raffle reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle at any time, for any reason, without liability to any participant or third party.
